These private, one-on-one sessions are designed for individuals who benefit from extra support with movement, focus, or coordination. Each session is tailored to meet the person’s abilities, energy, and goals, creating a calm, empowering, and supportive environment where participants can feel confident and in control of their body.
We use gentle movement, breath work, and strength-building exercises to improve core stability, balance, coordination, body awareness, and emotional regulation. Practical goals include correcting imbalances, increasing stamina and endurance, building lean muscle, and supporting overall wellness. All activities are designed to empower participants to move confidently, safely, and independently.
In the Adaptive Training Sessions, we cover:
- Warm-ups, stretching, and cool-downs
- Exercise selection, sets, reps, intensity, and rest periods
- Goal-setting aligned with each participant’s abilities and growth
- Support for building confidence, independence, and a positive relationship with movement
